Linked to Wrong WebAssign Account

After purchasing Cengage Unlimited or course access, you are still asked to purchase access in WebAssign. The account listed in WebAssign does not match the account you used to purchase access.

Resolution

  1. Contact Customer Support at http://support.cengage.com/ to unlink your Learning Management System and WebAssign account.
  2. Sign in to WebAssign again to link the correct account.
