Change Email Address

Edit your Cengage email address from the My Account page. If you are at the same institution that the account was created for, contact your Cengage representative to change your email address.

If you want to change your email address because you are at a different institution than the account was created for, you must create a new account. See Create Account.

Note If you are a K-12 instructor and access WebAssign from NGLSync, edit your account information in NGLSync.

Changing your email address will change how Cengage communicates with you, but not your Cengage username.   1. Sign in at login.cengage.com.
  2. At the top of the page, click My Account.In the sidebar, click Your name  > My Profile.
  3. Type your new email address in both email fields.
  4. Save your changes.
    This might be labeled Save, Save Changes, or Update.
