Post Scores from Groups of Assignments to GradeBook

You might want to upload a group of assignment scores to your GradeBook. You can do this by either copying and pasting scores from a file in your computer, or by uploading a spreadsheet that contains scores.

1. From the toolbar, click Grades > Add Scores to GradeBook.
2. Select I want to upload a set of assignments from a file and click Next.
   A page is displayed showing Assignment Info, which explains what the file needs to contain, and download and upload instructions.

   
3. Do one of the following:
   • To download a pre-formatted template and add assignments and scores to it, which you will then upload to your GradeBook, click the Download link in Download Template. Then, follow the instructions in Use the GradeBook Scoring Template for the remainder of this procedure.
   • To copy and paste assignments and scores from a file into your GradeBook, in Upload Method select Copy and paste scores from a file on your computer. Then, follow the instructions in Copy and Paste Scores into GradeBook for the remainder of this procedure.
   • To upload a file, such as a spreadsheet that you already have on your computer that contains scores, select Upload a file containing scores in Upload Method. Then, follow the instructions in Edit Scores from Assignments Added to GradeBook for the remainder of this procedure.
