Download a category average template for your class.
Download the template to get a file — prepopulated with your students' information — formatted correctly for you to add category scores.
Under Download Roster:
Select fullname or student number if you want to include this information.
Select the file extension to use for the downloaded file.
Click Download.
The file is downloaded as a tab-separated text file with the filename extension you selected.
For example:
Open the template file in your spreadsheet editor — both Excel and Google Sheets work well — and add category scores.
Enter each student's category average score in the Average column. You can add scores only for one category at a time.
Scores must be numeric and specified as points out of the total point value.
Letter grades and missing scores are displayed as NA in WebAssign and are counted as 0 points.
