Question Updates

From time to time, WebAssign provides updated versions of existing questions to provide enhanced functionality or enriched content or to correct a problem.

Usually, updated questions provide enhanced functionality such as allowing students to use mathPad to enter an answer, or enriched content, such as algorithmic solutions or step-by-step tutorials. Occasionally, questions are updated because problems have been found with the previous version of the question.

Scoring Impacts

The vast majority of question updates will have no effect on the scoring of your assignments. In the rare event that an updated question has a different number of parts than the original, scoring might be affected as described in the following table.
