Provide Refund Information to Students

If your students drop a class, they can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Note: WebAssign cannot provide refunds for printed textbooks or access code cards purchased from your campus bookstore.

Because students frequently ask their instructors about obtaining refunds, this procedure is included below for your information. You might want to refer your students to the student online help, which provides this information as well.

  1. Go to the WebAssign refund request page.
  2. Enter the requested information.

    You will need to provide your full name, WebAssign username, school, email address, instructor and course, and the transaction ID from your receipt.

  3. Click Submit.
