Add a Personal Study Plan for Self-Study

When you add a Personal Study Plan® for self-study, your students can take the Personal Study Plan quizzes as often as they want to without affecting their grade.

Before you begin:
  • Enable the Personal Study Plan for your course.
  1. Open the My Classes page.

    Click Tasks > My Classes Page and find the section you want.

  2. Click the Personal Study Plan tab.
  3. Click Settings.
    The Personal Study Plan settings window is displayed.
  4. Select either
    • Personal Study Plan is for self study: to allow students to use the Personal Study Plan to study concepts throughout the course
    • Personal Study Plan as a refresher: to allow students to use the Personal Study Plan to review key concepts
  5. Choose the chapters and sections to include in the plan.
    Select the check box for each chapter and section you want to include, and clear the check box for those you do not want in the plan. All of the chapters and sections are selected by default.
    Note You should select All if you choose Personal Study Plan is for self study.

    In the following example, sections 1.8 and 1.9 and chapters 6 through 9 are not included in the Personal Study Plan.

  6. Click Save.
