Override the Current Score
When you override a score, the number you enter as the override score is the final and total score unless you change it again. All penalty, bonus, and assignment points you might have assigned are ignored when you override a score.
Even if a student changes his or her answers after you enter an override and the assignment points change, the score you entered as the override remains the same.
Open the My Classes
Clickand find the section you want.
Click scores beside the
The Scores page displays scores for the selected assignment for all students currently enrolled in the section.Note The page might load slowly if your class has many students or if the assignment has many questions.
Click the assignment score.
The Adjust Score window is displayed.
- Click Override Score and enter the new score in the New Score box.
- Optional: Write a note for yourself about the change in the Notes box.
A red asterisk (*) beside a score indicates the score has been changed by the instructor.
