View a Roster

A course roster displays the current and dropped students and any faculty members to whom you have given access. You can quickly switch from viewing one roster to another, which can help if you are transferring a student from one section to another section of the same class.

  1. From My Classes, click Roster under Class Tools.

  2. If needed, select a class.

    The Roster page shows the following information:

    • The full name of current, dropped, or all students
    • Faculty with student access
    • The class drop date
    • Student email addresses (if available)
