Add a Teaching Assistant

You can request a Teaching Assistant (TA) account for your course by creating a support case on the customer support site.

Requests will be responded to within one business day.
Note This feature is not available for K-12 instructors who manage their courses through NGLSync.

TAs cannot be added from WebAssign. On the Class Settings page, the help button beside Access and Help me add TA/Additional Instructor(s) link to customer support.

  1. Go to the customer support site.
  2. Click Open a case.
  3. In the Description, request that a TA account be added to your course.
  4. Click Create Case.
