After you upload or manually enter GradeBook data for assignments done outside of WebAssign, the GradeBook is missing scores.
Cause
This happens when assignment information contains a character the GradeBook does not allow. Using a disallowed character in an assignment name or description can cause scores to disappear without warning.
GradeBook only accepts the following characters:
