`WebAssign can't grade Marvin JS questions right now`

Rarely, WebAssign can't contact the server that grades Marvin JS questions. When this happens, the message WebAssign can't grade Marvin JS questions right now is displayed.

When this error happens, the WebAssign support team is automatically notified. Usually, the problem can be resolved quickly.

Note For assignments with question part submission, no submission is used for the Marvin JS answer that could not be graded.

Resolution

Don't navigate away from your assignment unless you have saved your work (if allowed for the assignment).

You need to edit your answer before you can save your work.
Try submitting your answer again later.
If needed, let your instructor know what happened.

Only your instructor can adjust your score or give you an extension or additional submissions.
