Some assignments or assignment questions might not be shown in Class Insights.
- Only assignment questions from textbooks are included in Class Insights analytic reporting.
Questions from other sources, such as those created by instructors, and textbook sections for which your students have not completed work in WebAssign, are not included.
- Class Insights analytics are recalculated frequently, but might not
always reflect your students' latest work.
Best Practice To see data for a recent assignment, check Class Insights at least an hour after the assignment is due.
- Like student scores and the WebAssign GradeBook, Class Insights is available only to instructors with permission to view student grades. See Grant Another Instructor Access to Your Course.
- Class Insights data is not available for old class sections.
