When editing automatic point adjustments for an assignment template, the conditional points formula in advanced mode can't be updated. Clicking Update has no effect.
This is a known problem which affects editing assignment templates only.
Resolution
Apply your advanced automatic point adjustments formula in the Assignment Editor.
