When trying to download student scores, grades, or responses, An error occurred while processing your request is displayed.
This problem can happen when the request includes a large amount of data, whether because there are many assignments, many students, or many questions on assignments. This is a known limitation of the current application architecture.
There are several workarounds to this limitation:
- Download the data in chunks. For example:
- select only one class section at a time
- select only some assignments
- select only some students
- Don't include student response data unless it's needed.
- Contact Customer Support to request the data you need.
