Add Alternate Email Address

Add an alternate email address to your Cengage account. This email can be used for communication if you forget your password.

Note This feature is not available for K-12 students who sign in to their courses through NGLSync.
  1. Sign in at login.cengage.com.

    Enter your Cengage email address and password. Then, click Sign In.

  2. In the sidebar, click Your name  > My Profile.
  3. Click Change Alternate Email.
  4. Enter your password in Confirm Password.
  5. Type your alternate email address in Alternate Email.
  6. Save your changes.
    This might be labeled Save, Save Changes, or Update.
