Return a Print Rental

Print rentals fulfilled by Cengage that are returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded.

For information about returns for Cengage Unlimited print rentals fulfilled by Chegg®, contact Chegg directly at 855.868.1055.

  1. Sign in to your student account at webassign.net/login.html.
  2. Click Your name > My Rentals.
  3. Select the print rental you want to cancel.
  4. Click Cancel.

    This option is unavailable for rentals after 30 days.

  5. Select a reason for cancellation.
  6. Click Print Label to print the prepaid UPS label.
    Important You must include this label in order to receive a refund on your rental.
  7. Place your rental book in a package and attach the UPS label.
    Note If you are returning multiple rentals from Cengage, package each book separately with its own shipping label.
  8. Bring your package to a UPS drop-off location.
