Common Questions

Q. I can't remember my Username and/or Password. What should I do?

A. Please fill out the student help request form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Enter as much information as you know so that we can find your account; if you do not know one of the required fields just type something like "don't know".

Be sure to include a valid email address so that we can contact you!

Your username could be the name of your email account. Many email accounts consist of your first two initials and the first six letters of your last name, or a combination of part of your last name and your social security number.

 

Q. Can you tell me my password?

A. Unfortunately, we have no way of viewing your password. If you have an email address on file with WebAssign, we can send you a new password.

 

Q. Is this the correct login page to use if my Instructor is assigning me WebAssign homework assignments?

A. No; this login page is only used to access the Seeds eBook for those students who are not using WebAssign in their classes for homework. If your class is using WebAssign for homework, you should use the main WebAssign Login Page. You will then see your assignments, and will be able to access the eBook from within your WebAssign Class.
