We have just released an improved version of the main menus within WebAssign. We think that these menus will improve the feel of WebAssign, and we encourage everyone to try them out, especially if you have not used the Javascript menus in WebAssign before.

These new menus should load faster, and will work in a wider range of browsers, including Safari and Opera.

Those who already have JS menus enabled will now notice a different look and feel, as well as the introduction of some "Create" shortcuts in the main toolbar below the menus.

Note that these new menus open when you click on them, instead of when hovering with the mouse, which should avoid the unpleasant "flickering" and "sticking" that the old menus sometimes exhibited.

Those who have Javascript menus disabled will not see any change unless you enable them by clicking "My Options" (in the top-right corner) and changing the first option under the "Settings" tab.
