WebAssign only accepts uploaded files that meet standards for size, file type, and formatting.
File Size
Files uploaded as resources can be a maximum of 15 MB.
Files submitted as answers can be a maximum of 15 MB.
Files submitted in Show My Work can be a maximum of 10 MB.

You can upload the following file types to WebAssign:

Data Uploads
You can import data to be used in scores or rosters by uploading the following file types:
- .csv
- .ods
- .tsv
- .xls
- .xlsx
After WebAssign processes this data, these files are discarded.
File Names
File names can contain:
- capital and lowercase Latin letters
- numbers
- spaces
- hyphens (
-) - underscores (
_)
File names cannot contain symbols and other punctuation. Periods can only be used before the file extension.
