Report a Problem With a Question to WebAssign

If an Ask Your Teacher message alerts you to a problem with the assignment question itself, you can report the problem to WebAssign.

Prerequisites

Read Ask Your Teacher Messages

Alternatively, you can report question errors at cengageportal.secure.force.com/loglessSupport/report_wa_question_error.

1. While viewing the Ask Your Teacher message, click Report Question Error.
2. Describe the problem with the question in detail.

   Include information about how you expected the question to behave.

3. Click Submit.

   The information is sent to the WebAssign content services team. The status of the Ask Your Teacher conversation is not changed.
